The Insurance and Pensions Authority (the “IPA”) hereby issues for consultation a copy of the draft Retirement Benefits Schemes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2013 (the “2013 draft regulations”). This consultation period runs from 22 May 2013 to 4 July 2013.
