The EU has removed Agila Saleh Speaker of the Tobruk-based House of Representatives and Nuri Abu Sahmain former president of the internationally unrecognised General National Congress of Libya, from the list of individuals and entities subject to restrictive measures in relation to the Libyan conflict.
Annex III to Council Regulation (EU) No 2016/44 has been amended with effect from 2 October 2020 following the publication of Council Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2020/1380.
