The Office of Fair Trading has confirmed with the promoter of the Elton John concert, Marshall Arts Ltd that the seat tickets for purchasers of the Platinum and Gold Hospitality Packages for the concert have been released and have been sent by courier to the Isle of Man Bay Festival Ltd today (Tuesday).
