The Insurance and Pensions Authority has released for consultation a copy of the draft Insurance (Solvency) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2011 in relation to the admissibility of loans from captive insurers to their associates for the purposes of calculating the minimum solvency margin of those captives.
